I've been making films for over seven years - a path that grew out of my audio engineering background, producing bands and mixing short films for festivals, picking up a few awards along the way.
Since then I've directed documentaries for film festivals, produced television commercials, and worked with bands as a creative lead. On weekends I play guitar in a Perth punk band. On weekdays I work at a university.
My attention to detail is second to none. Colour grading, narrative, and audio mix harmonise in ways that only this specific combination of skills allows for.
I started DO IT WELL because most wedding films follow a blueprint - and I think the most important day of someone's life deserves real artistic craft, not a template.

I've spent over ten years behind the camera - shooting across sport, music, real estate, and weddings.
Recently I've run photography tours through Western Australia, travelled somewhere new every year, and built a practice that moves fluidly between stills and video.
I focus my work around making sure everyone's comfortable, to not only capture a moment, but create them. I don't force the moment, I make space for it.
I joined DO IT WELL because most wedding creatives play it safe - and I think the people in front of the lens deserve someone actually paying attention, not just working through a shot list. The idea is to either forget I'm there, or be glad that I was.
I'm always excited to approach every shoot individually, and capture it in the best way possible.
