Everything you need to know before booking.
How far in advance should we book?
While most couples book 12–18 months in advance, we know that's not always possible. Reach out with your date and we'll let you know if we're available — we'd love to be part of your day.
Do you require a deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it takes your date off the market and covers initial planning. The remaining balance is typically due before delivery of the final files.
Do you travel, and are there additional travel fees?
Absolutely — we love destination weddings! For weddings within 150km, there are no additional travel fees. Beyond that, we charge a modest travel fee to cover transport and accommodation. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
Will you coordinate with our photographer?
Yes, always. We'll reach out to your photographer before the day to align on the run sheet, key moments, and positioning — so we're working together, not in each other's way. A great photo and video team makes a huge difference.
How long until we receive our video?
Depending on your chosen package, you'll receive a sneak peek teaser within 48 hours / 1–2 weeks of your wedding. Your full edited films are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks.
How long do you store our footage?
We store your raw footage for 3 months after delivery as a backup. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your films as soon as you receive them — store them in multiple places, as these are irreplaceable memories.
How do you capture audio during the ceremony?
Audio is one of the most important parts of your film. We use a combination of a discreet lapel microphone on the bride and groom, a portable recording device placed near the celebrant, and ambient microphones on our cameras — so your vows, speeches, and laughter are captured clearly, no matter the venue. All of these are mixed professionally by a multi-award winning audio engineer!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We want the process to be as stress-free as possible. After your initial deposit, we can split the remaining balance into instalments leading up to your wedding date. Just let us know and we'll work out a plan that suits you.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable as it covers your reserved date. If you cancel entirely then the remaining balance will not be required. If you need to postpone, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date — subject to availability, with no extra charge.
